My birthday favourite. I love that oreos are vegan! Ingredients 3 packets of oreos 95g vegan butter 600g vegan cream cheese 250ml vegan double cream 120g icing sugar 2 tsp vanilla extract Method Crush 2 packets of biscuits. Melt your butter and mix with crushed biscuits. This is your base. Line a cake tin with the base. Refridgerate for 30 minutes. Mix together cream cheese, icing sugar, and vanilla. Chocolate Mug Cake

A quick, easy, tasty dessert for one! From Loving It Vegan. Ingredients 4 tbsp all purpose or bread flour 2 tbsp cocoa powder 3 tbsp white sugar 1/4 tsp baking powder 4 tbsp plant milk 2 tbsp flavourless oil/margarine 1/4 - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Chocolate chips Method Mix everything well in a large mug/small bowl. Microwave at roughly 900W for 90 seconds. Additional notes It is better underdone than overdone. Chocolate chips can just be broken up chocolate. I highly recommend adding it!

Cinnamon Rolls (bread maker)

My first ever bread maker recipe! From Go Dairy Free. Ingredients 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp warm water 2 tbsp oil/margarine (flavourless) 2.5 cups bread flour 1/4 cup white sugar 1 tsp yeast* 1 tsp salt 1/3 cup brown sugar 2 tsp ground cinnamon 2 tbsp margarine 1 cup icing sugar 1-2 tbsp plant milk 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional) Method Put the first 6 ingredients (up to and including the salt) in your bread maker (in that order) on the dough setting. Mix together your brown sugar and cinnamon and melt your margarine. Roll your dough into a rectangle (9x11 inches) on a lightly floured surface. Spread the margarine and sprinkle your cinnamon sugar all over. From one of the short sides, roll your dough. Cut into roughly 9 pieces. Place into a greased baking dish/tray. Leave in a warm place for an hour, or the fridge overnight. Bake for 20 mins at 190 degrees. Meanwhile, mix your icing sugar, milk, and vanilla in a bowl. Biscoff Cheesecake

Thanks the gods Biscoff biscuits are vegan, right? Also this is a no-bake cheesecake, you’ve been warned. Ingredients 285g crushed digestives 98g melted butter 65g icing sugar 170g vegan cream cheese 1 tsp sugar 270ml vegan double cream 4 tbsp biscoff spread Method Crush your digestives and mix with your melted butter. Add to a lined tin. This is your base. Leave it in the fridge for 45 minutes. Cream together your sugars and cream cheese. Whisk your double cream in another bowl until it is thick. Add your cream cheese mix and double cream together and stir slowly. Add in biscoff spread and continue to stir. Add your mix into your tin and refrigerate for over an hour. Chocolate Chip Oaty Cookies

Can’t go wrong with a chocolate chip cookie. Ingredients 225g oats 125g plain flour 1 tsp bicarb 125 vegan butter 100g brown sugar 100g white sugar 2 tbsp golden syrup 2 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp plant milk 200g vegan chocolate chips Method Blend up your oats until it’s more like a flour (but not completely).
