Classic Hotpot

A simply, classic recipe to warm your bones.  Ingredients 6-8 chopped vegan sausages Onion 3-4 garlic cloves Stock cube 1/2 tsp paprika 1 tbsp worcester sauce 2+ tbsp sriracha 1 can chopped tomatoes 1 can baked beans Fresh parsley  Method Bake your sausages. Meanwhile, fry your onion. Add garlic when onion is soft. Add seasonings and fry for another 2 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and baked beans and simmer for 10 minutes....

Lentil Dahl

A quick and easy lentil dahl, which easily tops many which are more complicated.  Ingredients Onion 6 garlic cloves Chilli 2 tsp ginger 1 heaped tbsp chilli powder 4 tsp curry powder 1 tsp turmeric Stock cube A can of chopped tomatoes A can of coconut milk 1/2 cup red lentils  Method Fry your onion, garlic and chilli until soft. Enchiladas

African Style Beans

Mac And *Not* Cheese

While I’m not going to sit here and tell you that this tastes like mac and cheese, I will tell you that you’ll love this recipe in its own way! Definitely Not Goat Curry

Why the title, you ask? Other than the fact it does not contain any goat, the recipe was taken from good-old-trusty BBC Good Food, and there you will find many reviews saying “excellent recipe, but it isn’t goat curry!”. Spaghetti Bolognese

After spending a long time looking for the perfect spag bol, I felt defeated. It was only after I had a roast dinner, I thought to myself “everything really is better roasted”. While roasted tomatoes are not a new concept with regards to spag bol, it was to me. So here it is, the first recipe I came up with entirely myself!
