An extraordinarily quick and easy recipe with ingredients you likely have in your cupboards.
Ingredients
- 2 cans of beans
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Chives (optional)
Method
- Empty and rinse your beans.
- Crush your garlic and put into a jug.
- Add your liquids to the jug and mix well.
- Pour onto the beans and stir it in well.
Additional notes
- I personally like pinto and black beans, but it’s entirely up to you!
