An extraordinarily quick and easy recipe with ingredients you likely have in your cupboards.  

 

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of beans
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Chives (optional)  

 

Method

  1. Empty and rinse your beans.
  2. Crush your garlic and put into a jug.
  3. Add your liquids to the jug and mix well.
  4. Pour onto the beans and stir it in well.  

 

Additional notes

  • I personally like pinto and black beans, but it’s entirely up to you!
