Exactly what it says on the tin; it may throw you for a second, but stick with it and your won’t regret it!  

 

Ingredients

Tofu

  • 400g firm tofu
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce*
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin

Sauce

  • Onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 oxo stock cube
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder  

 

Method

  1. Shred your tofu and heat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Cover with tofu seasonings and mix well. Then bake for 25=30 minutes, stirring halfway.
  3. Fry your onion until soft.
  4. Add in your garlic for 30 seconds.
  5. Add in your seasonings (coriander, cumin, cinnamon and stock cube).
  6. After 1 minute, add in your cocoa powder and orange juice. Let it simmer.
  7. Add in your tofu and cook until it doesn’t taste like ‘chocolate orange’.
  8. Serve in a burrito with beans and tomato and cheese.

  • *If using light soy sauce, alter to taste
