Exactly what it says on the tin; it may throw you for a second, but stick with it and your won’t regret it!
Ingredients
Tofu
- 400g firm tofu
- 2 tbsp soy sauce*
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
Sauce
- Onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 oxo stock cube
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Method
- Shred your tofu and heat oven to 180 degrees.
- Cover with tofu seasonings and mix well. Then bake for 25=30 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Fry your onion until soft.
- Add in your garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add in your seasonings (coriander, cumin, cinnamon and stock cube).
- After 1 minute, add in your cocoa powder and orange juice. Let it simmer.
- Add in your tofu and cook until it doesn’t taste like ‘chocolate orange’.
- Serve in a burrito with beans and tomato and cheese.

- *If using light soy sauce, alter to taste
