We love recipes that can be super tasty and done super quickly! This one doesn’t even involve chopping!
Ingredients
- 2 servings of rice noodles
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp gochugaru
- 1-2 tbsp soy sauce (see notes)
- 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp noodle water
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tbsp lime juice
- Fresh coriander
Method
- Boil and cook noodles.
- Heat up sesame oil.
- Add gochugaru for a minute.
- Add all other ingredients and stir.
- Toss in finished noodles with sauce and serve!
Additional notes
- If you have light soy sauce, use 2, dark use 1
- Gochugaru can be found in most asian shops. Or you can use any red pepper powder
