We love recipes that can be super tasty and done super quickly! This one doesn’t even involve chopping!

Ingredients

  • 2 servings of rice noodles
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp gochugaru
  • 1-2 tbsp soy sauce (see notes)
  • 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp noodle water
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp lime juice
  • Fresh coriander  

 

Method

  1. Boil and cook noodles.
  2. Heat up sesame oil.
  3. Add gochugaru for a minute.
  4. Add all other ingredients and stir.
  5. Toss in finished noodles with sauce and serve!  

 

Additional notes

  • If you have light soy sauce, use 2, dark use 1
  • Gochugaru can be found in most asian shops. Or you can use any red pepper powder
