This recipe comes from BOSH, and when they said it was one of their most popular, I can understand why. This is, by far, my most asked for recipe! Quick, easy to make, hella tasty; what more do you want?
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp (60 ml) water
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp sugar
- 200g ish of mushrooms
- 200-250g vegan mince (I like Linda’s)
- 4 garlic cloves
- Thumb of ginger
- 1 tsp chinese 5 spice
- 2 servings of stir fry noodles
Method
- Stir the first 7 ingredients together in a jug.
- Fry mushrooms with oil and a pinch of salt until they shrink.
- Add in your mince and fry for a few more minutes.
- Add in your 5 spice, garlic and ginger and fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Add in your stir fry noodles and sauce, fry until noodles are done.
- Serve with spring onions and sesame seeds.
Additional notes
It may look a little dry, but trust me, it is super flavourful!
