One of my favourite, simplest ways of serving pasta.  

 

Ingredients

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp gochujang paste
  • 1/2 cup pasta water
  • 200ml vegan single cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast  

 

Method

  1. Boil pasta.
  2. Fry onion until soft.
  3. Add in gochujang, garlic and fry for another minute or two,
  4. Add remaining ingredients and season to taste.
  5. Mix with cooked spaghetti and serve (with vegan cheese if you wish).
