Ingredients
- 320g vegan chick’n
- 3-4 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tsp chinese 5 spice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Onion
- Green pepper
- 3 garlic cloves
- Tenderstem brocolli
- 1/4 tsp chilli flakes
- 1/4 tsp MSG (optional)
- Spring onion
Method
- Mix your cornflour, five spice and plenty of salt and pepper in a tub.
- Toss in your chick’n, ensure it’s well coated.
- Fry chick’n well in plenty of oil. Ensure it’s crispy on both sides.
- Remove from pan and fry onion.
- Add your pepper, garlic and brocolli.
- Season with chilli flakes, salt and pepper and MSG.
- Toss in your chick’n and spring onions and serve.

- I use what the cluck chick’n
- I think we use about 1 tsp of both salt and pepper in the chick’n coating
