It’s hard to go wrong with an eggy pasta dish with vegan bacon.  Ingredients 120g cashews (soaked) 1/2 cup nutritional yeast 1/2 tsp turmeric 2 tsp English mustard 3/4 tsp garlic powder 3/4 tsp onion granules 1 tsp black salt 1/2 tsp salt 1 1/4 cup plant milk Vegan bacon bits Spaghetti  Method Soak your cashews for 2+ hours. Mac And *Not* Cheese

While I’m not going to sit here and tell you that this tastes like mac and cheese, I will tell you that you’ll love this recipe in its own way! The recipe comes from Madeleine Olivia, a fellow Cornish vegan, and is one of the few recipes where I’ve barely altered it :)  Ingredients 60g cashews (soaked for 2+ hours) 1 cup nutritional yeast 1 cup plant milk 1 cup water 1 tsp onion granules 1 tsp garlic granules 1 tsp salt 1 tsp English mustard 1/2 tsp turmeric 1/2 tsp paprika Pinch of chilli powder Black pepper Juice of 1 lemon OR 3 tbsp lemon juice 3 tbsp cornflour  Method Blend your ingredients....

Dan Dan Noodles

This recipe comes from BOSH, and when they said it was one of their most popular, I can understand why. This is, by far, my most asked for recipe! Quick, easy to make, hella tasty; what more do you want? Ingredients 4 tbsp (60 ml) water 2 tbsp tahini 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tsp chilli flakes 1 tsp sugar 200g ish of mushrooms 200-250g vegan mince (I like Linda’s) 4 garlic cloves Thumb of ginger 1 tsp chinese 5 spice 2 servings of stir fry noodles  Method Stir the first 7 ingredients together in a jug....
